This group of 6 ideally situated self catering cottages are located in a unique private setting on the West Clare Rugged Coastline. The sandy beach of Spanish Point is on your doorstep, with private access of steps to the beach (rocky part) from the cottages. There is also a footpath leading from the cottages directly to the beachfront. The beauty of the Wild Atlantic Ocean is on your doorstep, with full panoramic views of the ocean from the deluxe cottages and partial sea views from all of our classic cottages.

The Armada Hotel is within 100 meters and the local town of Miltown Malbay, just 3km away, is renowned for its traditional music and offers a warm welcome to this truly special region. Miltown Malbay offers numerous pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, bank, post office, church and hair and beauty salons.

This is a great central location for sightseeing all of Co. Clare and you are within just a short drive from many of Clare’s top attractions: Cliffs of Moher, The Burren, Doolin village, Aillwee Caves, Doolin Cave, Aran Islands and Bunratty Castle and Folk Park. Spanish Point Golf Club is located on the seafront, Lahinch Golf Club and Doonbeg Golf Club are both just a short drive and Clare has many blue flag beaches worth checking out.

We are a group of 6 cottages and offer three different types: 4x classic, 1x 3 bedroom deluxe and 1x 4 bedroom deluxe. Each of our 6 cottages have undergone a recent complete refurbishment. Our cottages are bright and contemporary with a beachy vibe and yet cosy with the open plan setting and traditional open fire.

During July and August the cottages are only available on a Saturday to Saturday basis. Minimum 7 night stay only.

Pets are not permitted.

Classic Cottages

All cottages have three bedrooms which sleep 6 guests in total. One double, one twin and one with bunk beds. The main Bathrooms have bath and overhead shower, and the master bedrooms all have an ensuite bathroom with shower. The living room has a traditional open fireplace. Kitchens are fully equipped with hob, oven, dishwasher, washing/drying machine and all other required kitchen utensils. Each cottage also contains an iron and ironing board and cot. All linen and towels are provided.

3 Bedroom Deluxe Cottage – No.5

This cottage has three bedrooms which sleeps 6 guests. One double, One twin and one with bunk beds. . The main Bathroom has a bath and overhead shower, and the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower. The living room has a traditional open fireplace and a separate fully fitted kitchen. The deluxe cottage has an addition of a sun lounge. This cottage has the best location of all cottages, from the sun lounge you have a full view of the rugged Atlantic Ocean. This cottage is located at the cliff edge, with a private patio with seating. You will find it impossible to get any accommodation nearer the beach than this!

4 Bedroom Deluxe Cottage – No.6

This cottage has four bedrooms which sleeps 7 guests. One double, One twin, one single and one with bunk beds. The main Bathroom has a bath and overhead shower, and the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower. This deluxe cottage has an open plan sitting room, kitchen and sun lounge with floor to ceiling views of the Atlantic Ocean. Double doors lead from this to a private patio with seating, overlooking spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. This cottage is located near the cliff edge.
